Our client, one of the top tier Investment Banking, is seeking for a high calibre candidate to join the Assets Management team.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support for senior-level executives management and handle investment bankers.
  • Schedule appointments and calendar maintenance. Handle accommodation and other logistics arrangement.
  • Arrange travel services and meeting arrangement for as business required.
  • Conduct expenses claims, monthly reports and reimbursements
  • Update information and maintain database. Coordinate various meetings and discussions
  • Prepare presentation materials for business purposes
  • Ad hoc projects

Requirements:
  • Degree holder with working administrative experience in banking industry
  • Minimum 3 years business support/administrative experienced
  • Must be open-minded and flexible to adapt changes in work processes and/or work assignments
  • Good command of computer skills. Proficient in word processing.
  • Good command of spoken and written English as well as Mandarin
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
