Our client is a well established Insurance firm who. in the past few years, has rapidly expanded within the APAC region. To support the expansion, the HR team is urgently looking for an experienced C&B individual to join their diverse team.

about the job.

  • Implement and administer C&B programs such as salary bench-marking, job evaluation, incentive and retirement scheme review and other people management related projects
  • Prepare annual budget, monthly staff cost forecast and regular ad-hoc staff analysis
  • Conduct research on all compensation and benefits components for market intelligence
  • Liaise with vendors for insurance policy renewal and prepare relevant analysis
  • Review and evaluate existing C&B policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labour law
  • Participate in HRIS enhancement project
skills & experiences required.
  • Must have Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 5 years relevant experience with strong knowledge in C&B operation, specifically from Insurance
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related labour laws
  • Strong problem solving and organisational skills
  • Highly analytical and self-motivated
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Madnarin
  • Well versed with MS Office
