Our client, a well-established international bank, is currently seeking a driven and outgoing Communications specialist to plan and execute employee communications initiatives in Hong Kong, with focus on CEO messaging.

Degree qualified with a minimum 5 years of writing experience gained from journalism, P.R. Agencies or reputable financial or professional services firms, you will create compelling content and messages using story telling to engage employees, promote company values, communicate business priorities and facilitate two way dialogue with leadership. You will deliver internal campaigns and news, support organizational change and business transformation through strategic communications planning and implementation. Also source and provide locally relevant stories to feed the local, regional and global channels.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified with a minimum 5 years of communications experience, preferably in the financial industry
  • A proven track record in managing and implementing employee communication plans translating into solid and practical delivery programmes
  • A strong team player who can work collaboratively with peers, manage and deliver excellent performance from teams and individuals
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills
  • Strong English and Chinese verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong knowledge of communication trends and best practice
  • Broad knowledge of financial services industry and global marketplace
  • Ability to interact well with all levels of management
