about the company.
Our client is a leading international facilities management company. Currently they are seeking a high calibre customer service assistant preferably with experience in a shopping mall environment.
Work location is in Discovery Bay (with travel allowance provided)
about the job.
  • Maintain good relationship with the clients, vendors and tenants and handle their inquiries, requests and complaints on an efficient and effective manner
  • Ensure that the shopping mall area is clean at all times and report any defects to the on-site facilities manangement
  • Support the client's on-site campaigns and events by liaising with the organizers for venue set-up, facilitating post-event cleanup, supervising the event helpers and liaising with facilities management team and security team for any event of emergency such as typhoon
  • Support gift and free ticket redemption and voucher checking and validation
  • Support other ad hoc tasks as assigned
skills & experiences required.
  • Secondary education or above with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; Native Cantonese is a must and able to communicate in English and Mandarin
  • Good attitude, cheerful and able to work on shifts
