Our client is a well established foreign exchange company in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Digital Analyst (Manager) to join their digital marketing team.


    • Work with multiple teams to understand business requirements and facilitate self-service dashboards of timely, reliable web analytics and user registration data
    • Strong in interpretation of data to understand audience, develop marketing strategies to present data insights/findings in a meaningful, visual way to help guide product, sales and marketing decisions
    • Able to connect Online & Offline data sources to perform deeper analyses and deliver actionable insights
    • Ensure correct definition and implementation of tagging and instrumentation
    • Drive performance tracking and evaluation of digital channels, including conversion and usage behavior tracking – with the goal to provide ongoing and actionable recommendations for future development and enhancement
    • Contribute to content creation and planning, including SEO, SEM, Display, Programmatic, Social & Affiliate
    • Review, recruit, and build vendor & agency relationships (e.g. development vendor, digital agency, software solutions)
    • Interpret business/industry opportunities to recommend and execute best practices-based and commercially-viable digital solutions and ongoing enhancements


    • 4+ years of experience in a digital data analytics role, either in-house, consultancy, or agency-side, ideally with international exposure
    • Strong Subject Matter Expertise in online channel, with experience working with:
      • Major web/app tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager)
      • Marketing automation, digital marketing, and social media marketing
      • (A plus) Data mining and modeling experience with knowledge in statistical / scripting languages: Python, R, SAS, MySQL
    • Analytical and intellectually curious, with a strong sense for business and platform performance tracking metrics
    • High proficiency in English and Chinese
