Our client is a leading real estate developer in Hong Kong and mainland China. Boasting a diversified portfolio of investment properties in Hong Kong, out client has progressively branched out into the Mainland since the 1990s.

about the job.
  • Develop marketing strategy and brand strategy, and generate effective and innovative event concepts and campaigns as cross portfolio.
  • Provide guidelines to local markets and make sure the event objectives are achieved, properly implemented and adhere to the overall brand and marketing strategy.
  • Communicate and coordinate across teams and local markets on production and delivery of brand marketing campaigns and events.
  • Manage and coordinate agencies and build related network.
  • Review and give feedback to proposals from local teams and drive for enhancement.
  • Collect feedback, measure KPIs and produce follow-up reports and presentations.
  • Support opening of new malls.

skills & experiences required.
  • Diploma or above in Marketing, Design or related disciplines
  • 8 to 10 years of agency and/or in-house experience in event marketing, experience in role with regional scope an advantage
  • Exposure to China or APAC regional market is preferred
  • Creative and strong work ethics; an initiator rather than a follower
  • Strong organization with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently, an energetic and sensible team player with self-motivation and positive working attitude
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Occasional travel to the Mainland may be required
