Our client is an international company that provides facility management service to some of the world's reputable corporations. They are now experiencing a massive expansion in Hong Kong with exciting projects, and therefore looking for high calibre Facilty Management professionals to join them.
about the job.
Facilities Officer / Facilities Manager (depending on experience)
  • Manage the daily operations of the assigned office facilities of the clients
  • Manage the planned maintenance, repair and fitting out works of the facilities, liaise with the third party contractors and vendors and supervise their performance
  • Maintain good relationship with the clients and provide excellent facilities management service to them in a customer-oriented manner
  • Regularly work progress reporting to the Senior Manager as well as clients
skills & experiences required.
  • Higher diploma with good command of English (both spoken and written)
  • 3 years' experience above in Facilities Management role
  • Good customer oriented mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to solve problems swiftly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
