Our client is a leading global technology company with a recent initiative to rapidly expand their Asia Pacific presence, with Hong Kong being their regional Headquarters. One of their focus areas is to further develop their Global Accounts team, with the initial hire working closely with Financial Services and Technology clients across the region.
about the job.
  • Responsible for the full end-to-end sales cycle within both existing and new accounts across the Asia Pacific region
  • Manage the assigned existing customers to increase their spending, reduce churn, and ensure maximum profitability of customers
  • Provide responsive and high quality account management services to customers and enhance the customer satisfaction level.
  • Works towards and achieves a monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target
  • Identifies larger trends in customer issues across the account and develops action plans for long term improvements, implementing best practices
  • Delivers a global account plan to senior executives on a semi-annual basis and manages implementation of account plan regionally or globally
  • Monitors and updates on pipeline and forecast status of each account/opportunity for current and future quarters
skills & experiences required.
  • Strong domain knowledge in Network, Data Centre, Managed Services and Cloud Computing
  • 8+ years of experience working in Enterprise sales, with a proven track record of high performance
  • Fluency in English, with an excellent level of communication skills
  • Hard working and self starter, with ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Prior exposure to other regions within Asia Pacific
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
