Role & Responsibilities :

  • Lead a social media team to assist, maintain and execute online promotion campaigns to engage existing and acquire new followers, as well as to drive the sales of direct channel
  • Develop shareabletext, graphic and video content regularly with in-house creative teams, marketing teams and agencies to support brand building, promotions and events.
  • Execute strategy in acquiring data, utilization and turning them into business results
  • Make use of different analytic approaches (i.e. advanced quantitative tools, statistical modeling techniques and data mining procedures)
  • Coordinate with different business units to ensure the consistency and accuracy of messages across all the social media channels
  • Generate weekly social summary reports for the management andmarketing teams that highlight trending and actionable social content
  • Provide measurement and reporting to optimize customer performance across online and offline channels
  • Optimize company’s websites, social media and digital campaigns

Requirements :

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • analytics, online surveys, customer research etc. to optimize booth online and offline digital campaigns
  • Extensive experience in advanced analytics such as customer segmentation, predictive modelling, association analysis, time series analysis etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel for analysis and presentation of data and statistics
  • Solid SQL skills, familiar with SEO & SEM
  • Strong business and marketing acumen, demonstrated ability to develop analytic approaches to solve critical business problems
