About the Company

Our client is a Global leading securities group with international presence. They are currently seeking a HR leader to join their their corporate office.

About the job

  • Responsible for overall HR Operations Management and provide advice to the executive management on 2020 growth plan
  • Provide strategic plan to management on manpower planning, talent acquisition strategies and partner with business on hiring needs
  • Reviewing and implementing HR policies in relation to Benefits, Compensation, Prepare regular HR reports and conduct analysis for management review
  • Manage, improve and modify workflow to maximize staff productivity and optimize the use of company resource
  • Establish career paths and succession planning for the Group

Skills and Experiences Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related.
  • At least 15 years relevant experience in listed company ,preferably gained from the banking or insurance industry
  • knowledgeable in Hong Kong / PRC Employment Ordinance and HR related ordinances
  • You should be currently in a second or first in charge position
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership, decision-making and communication abilities
