Head of Retail APAC – Beauty/Skincare/Fashion

Our client is a one of the world leading retailers and is looking for a high calibre to join the team to run the operations for all Asia markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the General Manager of Asia
  • Defining the retail strategy and responsible for retail P&L
  • Guide the team on retail reporting and analysis, initiate action plans
  • Design exceptional client retail experiences and services
  • Define and ensure effective implementation of CRM programs
  • Work with retail team in each market to implement and communicate company’s retail strategy and priorities ensuring all stores receive clear direction, tools, feedback and information.
  • Deliver retail sales & profit according to Company targets according to company KPIs setup
  • Coordinate with markets and Global the implementation of the real estate and store portfolio strategy.
  • Manage and deliver retail operations dashboard for the region and other retail analysis
  • Manage and coordinate retail training activity in line with retail strategy across the region
  • Develop the first class operations team to support company growth in long term

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of retail experience and 3 years in department head position.
  • Strong leadership, communication and people skills
  • Strong sense of luxury service and experience
  • Excellent analytical sense
  • Independent, problem solver skill
  • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel with a positive teamwork attitude and strong interest in developing people skills.
