About the Company:

Our client is an SME Property Investment Company with presence in Hong Kong.

With the business growth in Hong Kong, they are looking for a newly created headcount as HR Manager looking after the HR operation in Hong Kong and also provide a strategic HR advisory to the manpower planning to Managing Director.

The role is not required to manage monthly payroll operation.

Job Description:
  • Set up HR Infrastructure for business and streamline HR structure, revising employment contract and employee handbook, etc.
  • Act as HR Business Partner to provide HR Advisory Function on HR matters and short- to long-term strategies to ensure business sustainability and success
  • Manage full spectrum of HR activites including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits and etc.
  • Participate in ad hoc HR Project and initiatives
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Management
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
