With the vision to better develop their employees, they are looking for a L&D Manager to look after the Greater China region Corporate Training and Talent Management Strategy.

It is definitely a great step up opportunity for individual to take up the chance and work under the Group Level L&D Team for a Global Conglomerate (Headquarter in London).
About the Job:
  • Partner, consult, and provide proactive solutions to sophisticated senior executives on learning and development, organizational development program in Greater China Region
  • Review and Refine Regional Management Trainee Program
  • Develop and Design the L&D/TM Program
  • Key driver in reviewing e-learning management system in partner with the external vendor
  • Evaluate the overall L&D/TM program effectiveness and support on the follow up actions
  • Participate in ad hoc L&D Project
Skills & Experiences Required:
  • Over 5 years' relevant all-round L&D experience from sizable organizations
  • Degree in HRM or related disciplines
  • Fluent Cantonese & Mandarin, good English
  • Presentable, excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
