About the company

Our client is a well-known leader in the retail industry. Currently, they are looking for passionate candidates to be their Marketing Manager (Event Marketing).
About the job
  • Develop marketing strategy and brand strategy, and generate effective and innovative event concepts and campaigns as cross portfolio.
  • Provide guidelines to local markets and make sure the event objectives are achieved, properly implemented and adhere to the overall brand and marketing strategy.
  • Communicate and coordinate across teams and local markets on production and delivery of brand marketing campaigns and events.
  • Manage and coordinate agencies and build related network.
  • Review and give feedback to proposals from local teams and drive for enhancement.
  • Collect feedback, measure KPIs and produce follow-up reports and presentations.

Requirements and skills

  • Diploma or above in Marketing, Event Management, Design or related disciplines
  • 7 years of agency and/or in-house experience in event marketing, experience in role with regional scope is an advantage
  • Experience in managing large scale events
  • Creative and strong work ethics; an initiator rather than a follower
  • Strong organization with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently, an energetic and sensible team player with self-motivation and positive working attitude
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
