About the Company

Our Client is leading MNC Insurance Company and searching for an experienced Office Administrator to join their dynamic team.

About the role

  • Provision of full spectrum of professional office administrative support to the company and staff
  • Manage general office administration functions, including facilities management & maintenance, and agencies office admin etc
  • Responsible for site office renovation and relocation projects
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Visit agencies office to make sure opeartion running smoothly
  • Assist the Admin manager to complete different tasks
  • Additional Ad-hoc tasks

Skills and experience requirements

  • Minimum 5 years relvant working experience in Office Admin
  • Office renovation and relocation experience is a MUST
  • Advanced skills in computer literacy (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential)
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese is a MUST
  • Hands on management works well under pressure and embrace challenges
