  • Lead the design and delivery of the OD&L platform across APAC region to ensure appropriate prioritisation of investment and delivery
  • Manage and develop a small sized team of OD&L professionals across APAC
  • Work closely with Regional Head of HR and business leaders to develop APAC initiatives such as blended learning, face to face training, online and on the job development, coaching and mentoring, talent management and culture and engagement
  • Partner with other HR Business Partners and the Regional Head of HR to develop better collaboration between business lines by strengthening intra-Group relationship
  • Manage relationships with external vendors within Asia to support the delivery of strategic and operational goals
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to maximise technology in the development and implementation of OD&L initiatives
  • Collaborate within the HR community to deliver an integrated suite of learning methods and products
skills & experiences required.
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in organisational and learning development in delivering and managing solutions and processes within large, matrixed organisations
  • Functional expertise in learning methodologies and tools, including evaluation and reporting
  • Proven facilitation experience, particularly in relation to learning/training programs and team interventions
  • Commercial approach with a clear and concise written and oral communication and presentation skill
  • Experience of a financial or professional services environment is advantageous
  • Strong team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and consultative environment
