About the Company:

Our client is one of the most growing US Management Consultancy Firm with strong presence in Asia Pacific Region, including Hong Kong, China, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea, Japan and Cayman. With the rapid expansion in their APAC region, they are looking for a regional payroll manager to join their team.

Job Description:
  • Manage monthly payroll across the region
  • Ensure payroll processing and payment is performed timely and accurately, including monthly payroll, tax withholding, final payments, pension contributions and any other related matters
  • Manage payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Undertake timely income tax reporting across the region.
  • Maintain and streamline the existing payroll process for the processing of monthly Payroll
  • Provide advisory services and attend to queries regarding payroll issues to business and employees
  • Collect Payroll information from HR and send to Payroll vendor and office representatives where required
  • Liaise with payroll vendor and process the tax returns regularly
Skills & Experiences Required:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
  • 5 years of HR related experience required with regional payroll experience, candidates with hand-on payroll operation in Hong Kong, China and Singapore would be a definite advantage
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
