  • Going through an exciting period of change, our client is experiencing dramatic growth and setting up an office in HK
  • Propeprties from Manchester

about the team.
  • A small team looking for potential individuals to grow with the HK business unit
about the job.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies for the international property markets
  • Implement various marketing strategies and initiatives including seminars and other marketing campaigns with consultancy firms
  • Provide professional pre and post sales services to clients
  • To contact external parties to obtain market intelligence via cold calls and to update our relevant database.
  • Manage the whole selling process including closing deals, contract signing and settlement issues etc for direct sales
  • Develop, manage and provide training to sales channels

skills & experiences required.
  • at least 1 year of overseas property sales experience
  • Sales oriented and driven, able to grow with the business
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Must be available to work weekends
