About the Company:

Our client is a HK Listed Company with more than 700 headcounts in Hong Kong.

With the business expanding across APAC region, this headcount has been newly created to ease the workload for the C&B team.

The role will be responsible to look after 3000 headcounts across China, HK & SEA. The position would be the second in charge in C&B across APAC and the team lead for HK C&B operation team, reporting directly to Group Level HR Director & Functionally report to Head of C&B.

Job Description:
  • Build an effective communicate channel and work closely with senior business stakeholders and HR counterparts
  • Review and improve the Regional C&B structure and polices, including Annual Salary Review, Bench-marking Exercises, Performance Management, Short-Term Incentives, Job Grading to Benefits Review for the region
  • Set the objectives and provide clear guidelines to the team in managing the daily service in all C&B areas and drive continuous improvements to the function
  • Assist in adhoc HR projects and HRIS system related integration and projects at the Group level
  • Participate in regional HR initiatives and work closely with HR team across APAC region
Skills & Experiences Required.
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
  • 10 years of HR related experience required with solid regional C&B Project experience
  • Friendly & bubbly individuals with strong interpersonal skills
  • Candidate from retail/FMCG industry would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
