overall purpose of the role
As Vattenfall’s HR Advisor in Denmark, you are first point of contact for employees, managers and HR colleagues across the organization for operational inquiries and orders within HR, and you will be responsible for providing professional HR support and guidance. Vattenfall are using SAP HR as their Master Data system.
among other things, your responsibilities will be:
•Service our customers via a ticketing system (ServiceNow)
•HR processes and policy issues and updates
•Employment law and employment contract handling
•Time registration and travel reimbursements support
•Salary issues of various kinds
You will join a small but dedicated team, where you will have a great opportunity to influence the tasks and the workflows.
your qualifications as an HR Advisor:
The successful candidate has a background within HR administration and support, preferably from an international organisation. You must master a fluent proficiency level in both Danish and English (verbal and writing skills). Experience with SAP, payroll related issues and salary refund claiming from public authorities is an advantage.
It is expected that you have in-depth knowledge of personnel law/terms (preferably related to blue-collar workers) in connection with local and collective agreements.

•You are thorough and have the will to understand how different systems and processes are connected in a large company
