We have opportunities for short and long term contracts for HR Advisors across the Perth area. If you have at least 1 year experience with some or all of the following types of duties, we would welcome your application:
* Assist with the Recruitment Advisor with recruitment processes
* Reviewing and developing policies and procedures

* Conducting exit interviews and maintaining a positive off boarding process
* Reporting as required
* Coordinate training programs for individals and groups
* Performance Management process
* Conduct/assist with HR investigations
* Maintaining the HRIS, or experience with HRIS implementation
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to maintain a positive HR presence.
You may be wanting to grow your skills in a certain area or get exposure to a specialised area of HR and we have roles which will help you to do that.
About You
To be successful in these roles, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification preferred in HR or similar
- High level of motivation and commitment to achieve targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to complete tasks with a high attention to detail and demonstrate speed and agility
- Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential issues and information in a professional and ethical manner
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Experience working with diverse workforces and cultures
- Experience implementing and/or managing HRIS systems
- Experience interpreting EA’s, awards, and legislation
