Direct report to Head of HR
You will be leading a small team and handle the Payroll and HR Operations services includes but not limited to commission and payroll calculations, final payment arrangement, benefits administrations, leave management, statutory and social security reporting
Design and lead annual pay and performance review process
Develop performance management policies and framework
Provide guidance to line managers in setting up performance indicators, conduct performance reviews and explain evaluation ratings to respective teams
Coordinate and conduct staff cost budgeting and payroll analysis, compile reports and statistics for management review
skills & experiences required.
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Accounting or related discipline
8 years or above of working experience in HR field
Positive, proactive, collaborative with good interpersonal skills
Able to work in fast paced environment, detail-oriented, with good analytical and problem solving skills
Familiar with HK employment ordinance and related regulatory policies
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
