Implement a robust co-worker relations plan to manage local interactions, ensuring compliance with labor relations principles, policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the unit.

Bachelor degree in human resources management, business administration or equivalent.
Fluent Cantonese and English.
4 years experience as HR generalist.
1-2 years HR supervisory experience.
Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills.
Analytically thinking with good numerical sense.
Flexible & open to working a holiday shift roster arrangement.
