My client is seeking a highly motivated HR Shared Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a member of the newly established HRSS team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the end-to-end HR experience through automation, simplification, and innovation. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional shared services to all business units and employees, driving HR efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and streamline HR processes, ensuring optimal process flows.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of existing tools for documentation and information management, proposing enhancements as needed.
- Actively participate in improvement initiatives to enhance the overall HR service delivery.
- Execute daily HRSS operations, including handling employee inquiries, managing HR systems, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HRSS initiatives, such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Identify opportunities for automation and leverage technology to enhance HR operations and employee experience.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Shared Services or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with HR systems and proficiency in using HRIS software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
