This role entails delivering a comprehensive range of strategic HR insights and business leadership solutions for the North Asia region, encompassing Japan and South Korea. The primary focus lies in fostering business partnerships and offering strategic support to the Asia Team. Additionally, the position entails spearheading HR components of the business strategy by conceptualizing, developing, and executing key HR initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, capability, and employee effectivenessKey Responsibilities:•Establishing trusted strategic alliances with senior leadership to delineate and implement business strategies and resolutions conducive to alignment and expansion.•Offering an impartial viewpoint to address business challenges by leveraging insights into human dynamics and organizational aspects, while implementing sustainable solutions.•Collaborating with the Asia Team to optimize organizational effectiveness, drawing on expertise in areas such as organization design, change management, employee development, and workforce planning to maximize employee skills and potential.•Cultivating a profound understanding of strategic and operational business facets to cultivate robust partnerships with the senior leadership team.•Ensuring coherence across all HR-related business processes to meet strategic and operational objectives, with a focus on fostering positive employee relations, facilitating recruitment, overseeing onboarding processes, and implementing retention strategies.

• Regional and cross-functional interaction experience preferred
• 8-10 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
• Ability to collaborate across various hierarchical levels, including senior leadership
• Skilled in providing constructive feedback and coaching for development
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with stakeholder alignment
• Highly organized, flexible, decisive, and adaptable to changing circumstances
