Our prestigious multinational client in the telecommunication sector is looking for 2nd Line Network support Specialist to their Budapest-based center.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

Support and maintain the global infrastructure for a dedicated client
To be the technical escalation point for 1st line team
To support 3rd line team when necessary
Manage supplier activities (Coordinating 3rd party agents for resolution within SLA)
May do proactive jeopardy and ticket management
Organizing technical trainings, knowledge sharing

Elvárások / Requirements

- In depth understanding of LAN/WAN/WLAN/IPSec/Switching and Routing
- Experienced level of Network troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English
- CCNA certifcation or equivalent knowledge/experience
