Pozíció leírása / Job description

- Accounting (assisting bookkeeping agency and delivery documents to them)
- Covering all business with accounting company
- Invoicing goods to customers
- Preparation of outgoing and incoming invoices for bookkeeping
- Checking incoming invoices, sorting them and doing registration with the accounting company
- Statistics and reporting
- Managing and collecting receivables
- Managing office supplies and office services
- Inventory and supervision of financial activities
- Collecting and preparing proofs of activites for product actions
- Monitoring service activies and related cost
- Following incoming goods and making calculation of related freight cost
- Communication with the financial department of customers regarding any topic about financing (collection of receivables, compensations, etc)
- Strong cooperation and support to the rest of the team regarding all open topics

Elvárások / Requirements

- 2-4 years of Back office management experience
- Entrepreneurial thinking with excellent communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and draw logical, actionable conclusions
- Ability to prioritize work and strong sense of accountability for projects and goals
- College degree preferred
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
