-To lead a team of complex processes
-Good understanding of the relevant processes and business requirements
-Drive process optimization and improvements
-Follow up on process KPI targets and analyse and review the performance
-People management task for the team members
-Carry out regular one to one meetings
-Perform a high standard of customer relationship and stakeholder management

Elvárások / Requirements

-Academic degree
-3+ years’ experience in Customer Service environment
-2+ years in leadership experience
-Fluency in German or Norwegian and English language
-Experience in using SAP/Siebel
-Excellent communication skills
-Open for new ideas and constantly looking for improvements
-Ability to lead people
-Highly motivated individual
-Good problem solving skills
