Our client is a constantly growing industrial packaging company with global presence. The position includes HR, Payroll and HR Operation support for Netherland, Belgium and the Budapest based BSC.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

HR and Payroll Support for Netherlands and Belgium:

• Complete employment and payroll verifications
• Organize and maintain all HR department online records and employment files
• Managing onboarding tasks including systems transactions and communication to stakeholders
• Coordinate the rehire/transfer process in accordance with company policy and ensure proper documentation is provided
• Processing and monitoring the time and attendance system
• Gathering payroll related information and preparing them for uploading into different systems, adhering to given time schedule for the payroll process for all Dutch and Belgium entities
• Liaison with external payroll provider during ongoing payroll process and for issuing employee certificates

HR SSC operation in Budapest:

• Administrative support for the maintenance of recruited talent and new employees on a full-cycle basis
• Describe transitioned processes, create process descriptions, ability to develop process documentation
• Initiate process improvements and standardization
• Regularly monitors compliance of requests
• Daily maintenance of HRIS systems: entering new employees, updating employee information, processing and approving employee changes
• Conduct transactional processing: transfer of employees, data correction and maintenance
• Completing and distributing daily and weekly reports

You will be also required to travel to different locations occasionally, especially in the beginning, either to migrate further activities or maintain customer relations.

Elvárások / Requirements

• Demonstrable performance in HR Support field and in SSC environment
• 2-5 year experience in Dutch and/or Belgian payroll
• College or University degree
• Fluency in English and Dutch is a must
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs
• Experience with HRIS systems e.g. Workday, ADP, SD Worx, People Doc is an advantage

• Experience and success in working independently, defining priorities, managing time and arranging your own agenda
• Demonstrate a proactive, can-do approach to solve problems
• Openness to change and ability to learn quickly
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer focus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
• Being able to work with confidential data
