Pozíció leírása / Job description

Objective of the role: manage and follow up incoming orders, resolve customer queries if necessary

Responsibilities:

• Being in daily contact with customers of the supported region, provide relevant information about products and services
• Manage and follow up incoming orders
• Ensure customer request date is fulfilled
• Resolve customer queries
• Manage client portfolio
• Support cash collection while building and maintaining excellent partner relationships


Elvárások / Requirements

Who you are:

• 0-2 years of experience within SSC environment, fresh graduates are also welcome!
(Cash Application and/or Collection and/or Customer Service background is an advantage)
• Customer-focused attitude
• Strong analytical skills, structured way of thinking and acting
• Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
• Proactivity, strong problem-solving skills
• Good IT literacy (principally, Excel)
• Good ENGLISH and excellent FRENCH language skills
