Our client is a well known, prestigious telecommunication company what is providing IT and communications services to its multinational clients and government organisations in nearly 200 countries worldwide.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

-Works primarily independently, priorities work stack and adapts to changing priorities. Responsible for personal output with autonomy to plan and execute own work.
-Prepare and review General Ledger journal entries
-Perform Balance Sheet reconciliation on monthly basis
-Proactively monitor, action and follow-up of pending Balance Sheet items, escalate if necessary
-Participate in month-end-close activities
-To be able to communicate effectively with the in-country teams on daily basis
-Operate process according to the SOX controls
-Actively participate in audits (SOX, Statutory, Group)
-Ensure manuals/documentations are up to date
-Develop appropriate procedures to improve efficiency – familiar with -Continuous Improvement methodology
-To be able to be appointed as a trainer for back up and new joiners

Elvárások / Requirements

-BA/BSc degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
-Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Finance or in similar field
-Strong Excel knowledge is required
-Strong communication skills are essential
-Fluency in English required
-German and/or French is an advantage
