We are looking for an HR Manager for our international Partner located in Budaörs.

- Prepares human resources plans, policies, procedures, and practices to meet requirements supporting short and long-term business needs
- Manages process’ of recruitment, integration and retention, learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance and career management, health and welfare programs
- Ensures compliance of the organization’s practices with applicable labour legislation
- Works with the organization’s management to identify human resources issues and provides counsel and support in finding solutions
- Responsible for managing organizational development, change and transformation management
- Represents HQ’s HR. Manages requested reports
- Responsible for internal communication
- Responsible for ensuring the related administrative support
- Manages 2 direct report (Office Manager, Marketing Assistant)

Elvárások / Requirements

- College or University degree
- Working experience of min. 3-4 years as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner at a multinational company
- Fluency in English written and oral communication
- Excellent communication skills
- Very hands-on attitude, able to work alone and to set priorities, has great influencing skills
- Highly energetic and proactive approach
