Our client, a software developer and IT outsourcing company is looking for an IT Recruitment Team Leader.

- Coaching and mentoring a team of 4 Recruiters, engage, develop and inspire team members to the best of their potential
- End-to-end recruitment for IT roles
- Understand skills requirements of the business and develop solutions aligned to business strategy, ensuring that the recruitment service is relevant and adding maximum value
- Proactive senior stakeholder management as main point of contact to some main partners
- Develop sourcing plans and identify suitable methods of attraction beyond advertisement campaigns
- End-to-end recruitment for senior level roles
- Continuously look for feedback from stakeholders about the recruitment process, and implement action plan when required

Elvárások / Requirements

- At least 3 years experience managing full life-cycle recruitment across IT positions
- Combined team leader experience in an advantage
- Knowledge of talent acquisition process, requirements and channels
- Track record of effective partnering, supporting businesses/functions
- Self-awareness, recognize and able to manage impact on others
- Customer focus – putting the customer and business strategy at the heart of decision making
- Externally orientated – well connected, aware of best practice and actively learn from others
