You will be responsible for the following issues:

- Handling incoming traveller requests (flight delay, overbooking, lost baggage etc.);
- Precise administration of ongoing queries;
- Providing assistance and help to travellers all around the world;

Elvárások / Requirements

You must possess the following skills:

- Fluent and confident Italian and English language skill;
- Outstanding customer-oriented attitude;
- Big workload, meet the deadlines and KPI targets;
- Excellent communication skills and patient personality;
- Capability to work in afternoon shift and weekends (BUT you also have to work 40 hours per a week!)
