We are looking for Junior IT Infrastruture Analyst for one of the world’s leading energy companies with more than a 100,000 employees and contractors located in over 50 countries around the world. Their large, in-house IT organization consists of 6,000 professionals supporting an array of business lines, plants, refineries, manufacturing sites, internal and external business partners.
The Network Infrastructure team in Budapest is responsible for maintaining and developing the entire Europe, Middle East and Africa network of the company.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

- Troubleshoot technical issues that require on-site action
- Provide consultation, trainings and advanced solutions to customers
- Manage hardware physical installation, solving LAN and WAN problems
- Cooperate with internal customers of IT infrastructure team (Network, Server, Storage)
- Install and maintain cutting edge technology hardwares
- Act as local Problem and Change Coordinator
- Escalate problems to the relevant contacts

Elvárások / Requirements

- Degree in IT/Engineering
- Fluency in English
- General knowledge of IT infrastructure with some hands on experience
- Experience in hardware physical installation
- Customer oriented attitude
- Willingness for professional development
