On behalf our partner we are looking for a Key Account Manager in the FMCG sector to develop profitable sales with key clients at national level, to achieve financial objectives assigned and to establish a long-term strategic partnership with partners in his/her area.

- Explore and understand Customer needs and develop tailor made action plans
- Conduct regular business meetings with key customers or customers from the key sector
- Negotiate trade terms and related business-relevant counterparts for the year to come in connection with company budget, sales targets & strategy
- Accept full responsibility for collection and outstanding accounts
- Define annual targets for accounts with the help of the line manager & recommend short- and long term action plans to achieve them
- Develop and follow up monthly action plans
- Manage the relationships with the key inner stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Supply Chain)
- Continuous market mapping for conditions and sales opportunities
- Regular report to the line manager

Elvárások / Requirements

- At least 3 years experience in key account management, within the FMCG sector
- Fluency in English
- College / University degree
- Good knowledge on commercial systems and policies
- Very good interpersonal skills, along with oral and written communication, and presentation skills
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Effective influencing & negotiation skills
- Positive attitude & motivational skills
- Business acumen & strategic thinking
- Experience from Field and Trade Marketing is an advantage
