Our partner is a prestigious multinational company in the financial sector, for which we look for a Manager Assistant/Office Manager.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

- Provide professional and organizational background to the Director (daily agendas, meetings, correspondence, events, conferences, travels and visitor handling)
- Support preparation for decision-making forums
- Prepare documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; carry out background research
- Support company planning processes, ensure deadlines are met
- Provide consistent and quality support on certain projects the Director is involved in;
- Liaise continuously and proactively across the team
- Implement and fine-tune office systems to deal efficiently with information flow
- Interpret and translate as necessary

Elvárások / Requirements

- Preferably college/university degree (specialization in marketing or finance is an advantage)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a multinational environment
- Proactive and energetic approach to work
- Able to manage priorities and move swiftly in fast paced environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with high level of independence
- High level, fluent and confident English speaker
- Great organizational, administrative and computer skills
