- Welcoming guests and handling mails
- Keeping the contact with the partners and the colleagues in the US
- Supervise office administration and services in order to ensure smooth running of the office
- Keeping the contact with new applicants
- Making weekly/monthly reports
- Keeping the contact with the suppliers
- Travel and calendar management

Elvárások / Requirements

- 1-3 years Office Manager experience
- Medium level knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- University degree,
- Great communication skills in Hungarian and in English as well
- Good multitasking and priorization skills
- Ability to work alone
- Accuracy
- Creativity
