Join our multinational partner to win the customer journey competition, and be the one whom the customers like the most. We are looking for a multilingual Customer Service Advisor to join the Eastern Europe team, providing support for their client in the automotive industry.

Your tasks will be:
- managing customer service back office activities
- providing support to customers and dealer network
- processing and analyzing customer complaints registered by front office agents involving experts if necessary
- make judgments based on company policies and communicate them to dealers/customers
- as a mid-senior team member taking charge of additional tasks related to communication and coordination within the team
- deliver service according to policies and procedures

Elvárások / Requirements

Skills and experience:
- 1 year customer service experience
- Analytical spirit and customer focus
- Also top-notch communication skills
- technical sense and very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- it wouldn't hurt if you were interested in the automotive sector :)

Excellent language skills:
- native, near-native Polish (oral and written) is a MUST
- upper-intermediate English (oral and written)
