Our prestigious multinational partner is looking for a Regional HR Specialist with the following tasks and responsibilities:

-Provide HR support to the Hungary and Adriatic area team in order to ensure smooth operation of running of business
-Set up and execute HR processes, implement global or regional ones
-Advise Country Manager, managers and employees in HR related topics
-Participate in defined regional HR projects
-Coordinate, manage and follow up HR processes
-Advise managers in people development, engagement, performance management and organizational development issues
-Coach and train managers in HR related topics to ensure higher level of awareness and application of HR processes and practices
-Manage local recruitment process with high quality, train managers and employees for company standards
-Maintain high level of personnel administration processes
-Manage contracts related to HR or office management: mobile phone, office rental, travel agency, hotels, car, health check, etc.

Elvárások / Requirements

-College or university degree
-At least 5 years proven track record within HR
-HR education and/or experience is essential
-Advanced English language knowledge
-Excellent communication skills
