They are looking for an Digital Marketing Operations Specialist who will join an international team.Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionContribute to digital marketing strategy and ensure optimized execution over all channels to deliver brand awareness, high quality leads and measurable pipeline impact with enterprise buyers (account-based, persona-specific)Responsible for implementing, tracking and optimizing AdNovums digital demand and lead generation activities across various channels as the role is hands-on without ongoing agency involvement (with a focus on LinkedIn, SEM, display, etc.,)Manage the marketing automation tool Hubspot including campaign setup, database management, analysis and optimizationResponsible for the website content management with Hubspot CMSMeasure and report on the performance of the website and all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against KPIs and ROI goals based on available tools like Google AnalyticsPartner closely with our Marketing Managers to integrate digital channels into cross-channel campaignsElvárások / RequirementsYou are the ideal candidate if you meet the following requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing operations with successful design and implementation of digital marketing strategies leading to growth, ideally in a B2B company with long sales cyclesMinimum 2 years of experience with content management systems (CMS)Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with marketing automation (e.g. Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo)Strong familiarity with key digital marketing processes, practices and tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, retargeting, lead handling, LinkedIn advertising, etc.High level of analytical thinking, collaboration, attention to detail and project management.
