Our award winning partner is looking for talents to join one of their sales teams as a Sales Support Specialist.

The sales support specialist is part of a virtual Sales team and is responsible for handling recurring and ad-hoc requests the team as well as external customers.

You would be mainly responsible for:
- administrative tasks
- data management
- commercial analysis
- asset and technical detail investigation
- billing support activities
- resolving any issues that may impact customer experience or contract margin
- assisting in delivering a number of process or profit improvement initiatives
- creating specific reports to support decision and progress

Elvárások / Requirements

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor degree and minimum 1 year relevant working experience in SSC/Customer Service environment
- Fluent English + German OR French with business level written language knowledge
- Excellent in communication and proactive, CAN DO attitude
- Great Team Player and drive for excellence
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Applications and agile with complex and large volume data manipulations
