Pozíció leírása / Job description

- Maintain processes and procedural documentation through regular review.
- Perform troubleshooting for change, incident and problem management and meet company's service level objectives
- Perform service management administrative tasks to standards
- Develops testing plans to confirm processes are in alignment with operational requirements and seeks to understand impact of actions on others areas
- Team works using agile methodology
- Perform tasks as outlined above to ensure company meets SLA obligations.

Elvárások / Requirements

- Must have strong ITIL experience within Service Management.
- Report writing capabilities preferred, such as Tableau, MS BI.
- Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with Service Management toolset such as BMC Remedy or Service Now.
- Experience with other tools such as JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint.
- Very good communication skills.
- Competency in gathering, analyzing, classifying and documenting requirements.
- Fluent in English.
