-Ever professional and competent demeanour in front of internal and external partners
-Preparation and organization of meetings with the employer’s business partners
-Managing and representing relation with the Slovakian prisons
-Customer visit on a regular basis
-Build up personal networks, lobby and continuously improve the company image.
-Managing relations and communication with banks
-Monthly reporting about the SLA, Service, Customer Satisfaction, Accounting
-Translating of written and verbal communication of demand of the employer
-Responsibility for file management and documentation, correspondence in Slovakian and English
-Organise incoming postal mail distribution for the office
-Manage car fleet
-Manage all mobile phone contracts for the team
-Provision of other administrative type of tasks of the employer
-Manage facility related duties like keys, alarm codes, rental of parking spaces
-Coordinate all facility related subcontractors (Cleaning company, safety company, Housekeeping service)
-Develop and implement strategies and activities in order to maximize business revenue
-Analyse and compare market and competition
-Seek and identify new business opportunities
-Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks

Elvárások / Requirements

-Higher Education
-At least 2 years’ experience in executive assistance, sales or CR
-Hands on, pro-active, self- motivated, self-organized
-Excellent organization skills
-Strong relationship building competencies, binding personality
-Slovak expert, business fluent in English, Czech or Hungarian is an advantage
