Currently we are looking for HR Assistant with a fluent english knowledge to our multinational FMCG partner company.

- Supporting the local and Central European Talent Supply team (Recruitment and Selection team)
- Responsible for Reasoning Test sessions – recruitment processes at P&G
- Working closely with Campus Team members and departments, who are responsible for campus activities
- Supporting the team in organizing events like Career Fairs, internal competitions
- Contact person and service purchaser on behalf of Procter and Gamble
- Archiving Talent Supply documentation based on internal and external rules
- Support the HR team with administrative work
- Social media administrator
- Recruit, motivate and support people to apply for P&G positions
- Working closely with the Candidate Management Center – support and follow-up the recent recruits and hiring needs
- Provide logistic and administrative support for Recruitment events, trainings and initiatives.
- Take an active part of the HR support, processes and using good communicational skills with departments
- Creating visuals, leaflets and promotional materials for recruitment
- Keep in touch with interviewers and handling their requests and needs

Elvárások / Requirements

- Active, fluent English language knowledge
- Experience from the HR field, administration
- Recruitment experince can be an advantage
- Precise, patient and reliable personality
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- High level of problem-solving ability
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
