We’re hiring a Customer Service Specialist who is able to deliver high-quality technical service over live chat and email to our customer service operations from Budapest.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

-Through our support systems, answer customer questions, address issues, and help ensure our customers’ information is correctly processed
-Review user feedback sent through our app, social media, and app store reviews; aggregate and disseminate to the appropriate internal audience
-Troubleshoot potential bugs and issues, track, organize and pass along to the product team for fixes
-Creating and maintaining internal and external User Guides
-Help maintain and update the documentation to optimize the customer service experience and minimize incoming requests
-Help building customer trust and customer satisfaction
-Be involved in direct communication with customers and leads
-Participate in on-call duties

-Have outstanding professional communication skills, whether through email, on the phone, or in-person
-Have a built-in sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize work
-Be a self-starter and have a passion for organizing your day from the ground up
-Be proactive, the number of tasks will not decrease by waiting for someone else

Technical knowledge, skills, education, and experience:

-1+ years’ experience in customer support or similar role for a web, mobile or desktop software product;
-Ability to learn business software fast. Whether Zendesk, Excel, Salesforce, JIRA, or custom tools, you’ve proven you can get up to speed quickly.
-Excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting over phone, email and live chat in English;
-Self-directed and comfortable being an independent contributor;
-Comfortable in fast-paced tech start-up environment
-Understanding the need of working in non-business hours due to time zone differences
-Knowledge of social media, business intelligence, and analytics is a major plus
-A BA or BS degree is a plus, but not required
