Your New Role
As the GP & Specialist Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in our high-performing team dedicated to promoting and distributing our innovative pharmaceutical solutions on a global scale. Your primary responsibility is to educate local GPs and medical specialists, driving market share growth and enhancing the positive representation of our brand portfolio and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceed or meet annual sales targets for your assigned territory of South Brisbane optimizing resources for maximum sales returns.
- Develop and nurture effective professional relationships with external stakeholders, key opinion leaders, and established accounts.
- Enhance brand awareness of the product portfolio among targeted healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, dermatology clinics, and selected skincare specialists.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the organization's product range and stay updated on new product developments.
- Participate in and effectively promote the product range at trade shows and conferences.
- Autonomously manage your territory by maintaining relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and improving market share.
- Work with annual sales targets, budgets, and annual forecasts.
- Proactively contribute to the development and implementation of relevant marketing plans and initiatives, incorporating current market and product intelligence.
- Be a positive brand ambassador for the company and its products.
Your Skills and Experience
- Desirable tertiary degree in business, pharmacy, or science.
- Advantageous completion of professional sales training.
- Minimum of two years' experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales
- Experience working with specialist medical providers is desirable.
- Well-developed networking skills, including the ability to identify and access stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Effective relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional working relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
