?Responsible for ensuring that the principles and commitments contained within the Employees Charter and Corporate Constitution are alive and well throughout operations around the Organizations.
? Promote and foster Magnas Fair Enterprise culture with our employees by ensuring their division operates within the spirit of the Employees Charter and Corporate Constitution.
? Steer all the committees in the division.
? Take active part in and be a custodian of rumor mill box.
? Ensure the definition of skills required in conjunction with the Managers of the departments
? Responsible for Employee communication & the Open Door Process.
? Responsible for Employee engagement programs.
? Responsible to strengthen welfare activities.
? Responsible for Employee Team Building Activities.
? Responsible for Employee Motivation Activities.
? Employee Relations: Schedules, prepares an agenda, records minutes, and participates in Monthly Associate Meetings. Assures that we maintain our Associate Bulletin Boards in a professional manner and that they are kept current.
? Responsible for the delivery and administration of labour/employee services to ensure the staffing strategies in the business are aligned to corporate goals.
? Advice and train managers and supervisors to help ensure that all employer-employee relationships in the organization are conducted in a way that complies with individual employment contracts, regulations, laws, and Magnas employment policies and standards.
? Arranges / conducts motivational training or share stories to all employees on the shop floor.
