?� KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Manage, execute and complete the implementation of treasury and cash management solutions (payments, receivables, treasury, trade, electronic banking, Swift)
? Co-ordinate with internal business partners (e.g. Sales & Relationship Mangers, Product Managers, Compliance and Operations) on client project requirements to ensure successful delivery of all the required products, services and system solutions
? Work closely with the regional manager, Asia team and global business partners to promote quality solutions for clients
? Provide guidance to clients on documentation requirements and independently perform reviews of client�s completed documentation
� Demonstrate attention to detail, team player, take end-to-end ownership, drive for results to grow the business, sustain intensity and optimism while focusing on the client
? Independent E2E responsibility for project management, client servicing, product implementation & coordination for large, complex and specialized client requirements.
? Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of the bank�s client access products/services, payment and trade capabilities, internal operations and local regulatory requirements
? Engage with Compliance and Legal to handle documentation exceptions and approval process
? Build and deepen working relationship with business partners
? Provide support and guidance to Sales Officers during the sales process.
? Engage in consolidating monthly metrics and performing Post Implementation Reviews
Ensure sound operating practices through compliance with Risk policy, Patriot Act requirements, and audit recommendation

?� Role Overview - Supports high revenue clients who use treasury products and services within a specific industry. Primary contact for the sales team supporting the portfolio. Responsible for the client experience end-to-end by influencing business partners across numerous lines of businesses. Responsible for proactive client engagement to enhance existing relationships while driving client delight.
Key Responsibilities - Proactive client engagement by performing independent analysis of their clients Treasury Services which includes: Scorecards, Documentation Review, Schematics, Analysis Billing, Fraud Prevention, system outages, temperature checks, portfolio reviews, etc. Works with clients and operations to solve complex escalated problems often gathering information to describe and analyze an issue and developing solutions that are outside standard procedures. Promote self service opportunities. Primary point of contact related to escalations. Provide back up and support manager to resolve production issues as needed.
