?Manage the IAS Service Line and the entire team across the globe
- Has a sound understanding of the Industry - Infrastructure Support across Data center, Cloud, storage, DevOps, etc. Prior experience in infrastructure support is mandatory and must have played core technical role
- Build the Go-To-Market Strategy for IAS Service line keeping in mind the team capabilities and Aspires market reach. Charters the roadmap for the SL keeping an eye on the changing technology and market place developments
- Revenue and Profitability for IAS Service line
- Work with Sales / Marketing functions toward lead generation and closures
- Front-end discussions with customers on deal closures and for delivery related aspects
- Strong knowledge of financials with prior experience in managing budgets and driving cost optimization initiatives
- Coordinate the involvement of company resources, including delivery, support functions, and management team to meet performance objectives and customer expectations
- Support current client engagements as well as work with direct reports and the business development teams to expand business with current clients as well as assist in bringing in new business and provide information on pricing, scoping, capability and resource planning
- Guide and provide direction to delivery teams
- Lead practice development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of/with all necessary company resources

?Achieve assigned targets and meets assigned expectations for profitability and overall business growth of the assigned business unit
- Responsible for Growth, Delivery Management responsibilities such as margins, delivery excellence, operational goal metrics such as mix, utilization, pyramid optimization, resource planning, budget and forecasting
- Meets assigned targets for the practice including profitable delivery numbers and strategic objectives
- Building a strong team for the present and future
- Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company expectations

?Overall 15-18 years of experience
- Manage multiple medium to large engagements with distributed delivery location
- Expertise in combination of technology, marketing, customer segmentation, innovation, significant knowledge of business and economic environment, industry trends and issues
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of forecasting, revenue reporting and project management financials are required
- Should have at least a minimum of five years as a Delivery Manager directly handling teams (300 - 400) and clients
